CIEH Level 2 - Award of Food Safety in Catering
Funded training on 31/10/2007, joint programme with Yale College and Welsh Assembly Goverment.
Register for this training

It is well established that Curry businesses maintain high standards for Health and Safety.

Good Health and Safety practice makes good management sense. Legislation, good practice and learning standards are continuously evolving, so keeping up-to-date and fully trained is good for business.

The local Council ensures that food sold in the Royal Borough is safe, clean and fit to eat. All premises which prepare, produce, cook or sell food must comply with strict hygiene standards. All food businesses are required to register with the Council by law.

We provide the above quality trainings under the collaboration of CIEH and other partners and registered members.
